What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4 to 7 years of professional experience working in Agile environments and understanding of skillset and mindset of agile principles, with Learning Enablement Manager/Scrum Master experience., Able and willing to educate and coach on Agile ways of working to continuously improve squad performance, Experience in learning co-ordination, as well as Learning Management Systems (such as Workday), leadership skills and ability to influence without authority, Excellent facilitation and communication skills, Ability to solve complex problems, Highly adaptive to changing business and team needs, stakeholder relationship skills to drive accountability
Nice to Have
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus, Experience / understanding of Adult Education or Learning & Development
What You'll Do.
Enable Learning Studio (agile lite squads) to mobilize into Agile routines to get learning outcomes completed faster with higher quality using continuous input and cross functional inputs (learning and business teams), Coach squad members within Learning Studio and Learning Portfolio Lead to improve team performance and productivity, Track project timeline metrics, forecast trends, progress reporting to meet end date commitments, Measure squad velocity and work with the Learning Business Management Lead and Learning Portfolio Lead to recommend improvements, Facilitate planning, prioritization and other Agile cadences with the squad to develop backlog for learning initiatives (audience assignment, launch content, event coordination etc.
) and drive accountability, Ensure timely updates of forms into project tracking tools (ie.
Cognota/Project Place), Monitor and report on team progress, velocity, & sprint goals., Lead/Run routines and practices monitoring & improving the team process and partnering with Learning Portfolio Lead to improve team effectiveness., Investigate, analyse, and mitigate risks to clear roadblocks in collaboration with the squad, Coordinate logistics for internal and external training programs, including scheduling, venue management, materials preparation, and attendee registration, Administer RBC Workday LMS, including course creation, learner enrollment, participation tracking, and reporting, Maintain comprehensive training records, including attendance, feedback, and evaluation data, Liaise with training providers and facilitators to ensure program requirements and quality standards, Support virtual and in-person learning delivery, addressing operational issues promptly, Promote learning initiatives and increase engagement through Connect, WebEx, Lunch & Learns, and targeted campaigns, Generate and analyze learning metrics including attendance, completion rates, and program effectiveness, Act as the first point of contact for staff, people managers, and external stakeholders regarding administrative learning and development-related queries.
