Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 4 years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or talent enablement, Proven ability to build comprehensive learning tracks from scratch using modern adult learning theories

Presentation and presentation-delivery skills, Experience sourcing, onboarding, scheduling, and managing the quality/output of third-party vendors or contract facilitators, Experience working in a fast-paced environment where business objectives and product lines shift rapidly, Proficiency with modern LMS, e-learning authoring tools, and content management tools

Role Description As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will support the design, deployment, operations, and maintenance of comprehensive training programs for residential and business-facing sales channels throughout the organization. You will report to the Head of Sales Academy and flex within the learning organization to meet the needs of the business, plugging into areas where training needs are critical—such as new hire onboarding and major product rollouts—and then rapidly moving onto new areas of need as our sales strategy
