This role is based in Warsaw (hybrid model) About the Role Manage and deliver learning programmes across multiple employee levels, ensuring consistent quality, measurable outcomes, and alignment with business priorities Drive global L&D projects by collaborating with colleagues across departments, domains and regions, contributing to cross-functional initiatives, and supporting strategic implementations from planning through to execution Design and develop blended learning solutions, including digital courses, leadership programmes, and performance support tools, using AI-powered authoring tools to accelerate content quality and production Embed AI into everyday L&D practice by identifying opportunities to use AI tools for content creation, learning personalisation, and operational efficiency, and actively sharing best practices with the team Own programme delivery and optimisation for existing and new learning initiatives, gathering feedback, analysing results, and implementing improvements that enhance learner engagement and business impact Analyse learning data to track programme effectiveness, identify patterns and gaps, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that support evidence-
