Must Have

Tertiary qualifications TLI41225 Certificate IV in Motor Vehicle Driver Training, TAE Certificate IV (TAE40122) Training and Assessment, Current unrestricted driver’s licence, Experience in content development for training programs, Competence using common digital tools, Presentation design skills for training administration, Maintaining accurate training records, Understanding of adult learning principles, Learner engagement, Facilitation skills with ability to adapt delivery, High level planning, Organisation and attention to detail, Preparation of lesson plans, Session resources and assessment documentation

Nice to Have

Experience in training, coaching or facilitation (services environment preferred), Communication and interpersonal skills, Demonstrated ability to coach and assess competency consistently, Providing clear, constructive feedback, Ability to manage multiple priorities, Commitment to high-quality customer service

Learner and Workplace Training Do you have a passion for road safety and developing people to be their best on the road? NRMA Driver Training is looking for a Learning & Development Consultant – Driver Training to design, deliver and continuously improve our corporate driver training and instructor capability programs. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll see the real impact of your work in workplaces, instructor communities, and on the road. What you’ll do In this role, you’ll play a key part in the delivery and ongoing improvement of NRMA’s Corporate Driver Training program. You’ll work closely with instructors, trainers and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, consistency and best‑practice delivery across our programs. This is a varied role that combines training delivery, coaching, instructional input and continuous improvement.
