What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Tertiary qualifications TLI41225 Certificate IV in Motor Vehicle Driver Training, TAE Certificate IV (TAE40122) Training and Assessment, Current unrestricted driver’s licence, Experience in content development for training programs, Competence using common digital tools (e.g. LMS, MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint), Presentation design skills for training administration and reporting, Maintaining accurate training records, Willingness to travel across Sydney metro, regional NSW and the ACT (with occasional interstate/NZ travel), Understanding of adult learning principles and learner engagement, Facilitation skills with the ability to adapt delivery to different audiences, High level planning, organisation and attention to detail, Preparation of lesson plans, session resources and assessment documentation
Nice to Have
Experience in training, coaching or facilitation (services environment preferred)
What You'll Do.
Deliver approved driver training programs
Deliver induction and ongoing group training
Analyse instructor and participant feedback
Contribute to design and improvement of training content
Work closely with internal stakeholders
Maintain training records
Complete required administration
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with instructors, trainers and internal stakeholders; Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure training meets agreed standards
