About The Role The Learning & Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in designing and delivering effective, engaging, and scalable learning programs across the Lendi Group. Reporting to the Learning & Capability Delivery Team Lead, this position supports capability uplift across our operations, customer, product, and distribution teams.
