3+ years of experience as a learning & development specialist on a global level, Demonstrated expertise in the conceptual design, implementation, and comprehensive management of end-to-end learning programs with a successful track record, Possess sound instructional design and curriculum development skills, Have solid facilitation, presentation, and communication skills

Experience with developing coaching programs is desirable

What You'll Do.

Design and develop engaging learning programs

incorporating the 70: 20: 10 approach.

Gain insights from the talent process and ensure that the learning portfolio effectively addresses these needs with appropriate solutions.

Provide consulting and guidance on learning programs to ensure alignment with strategic and role-based learning initiatives.

Consult functional departments and learning designers in designing learning paths based on job roles

competencies and skills.

Coordinate external vendors

and experts to leverage their expertise and resources for program development and delivery.

Support the development and implementation of coaching initiatives to foster our people’s growth

improve performance and enhance collaboration.

Champion a positive learning culture by curating learning content

sharing success stories

and encouraging employee engagement with development opportunities.

Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs

and continuously improve our learning portfolio.

Oversee and develop learning technology – such as SuccessFactors Learning Management

Coordinate annual review and planning process for mandatory learning programs.
