What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3-5 years of experience in learning and development or training delivery, ideally in a customer service or technology-driven environment, Experience designing and delivering learning content, including digital and short-form training materials, Proficiency in learning platforms and tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Google Workspace), with familiarity in customer support tools such as Zendesk, Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve training outcomes, Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, Fluency in English and at least one additional language is required due to the international scope of the role

Nice to Have

Understanding of training effectiveness methodologies (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model) is a plus

g., time-to-productivity) using tools such as Google Sheets (VLOOKUPS/Pivots), Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to translate technical updates into clear, practical workflows and ensure teams are prepared for new feature launches, Coordinate training activities with external partners (BPO), support train-the-trainer initiatives to ensure alignment with internal standards and manage the certification process to ensure 100% readiness before launch, Explore and apply learning technologies and digital tools, including AI-based solutions, to enhance engagement and knowledge retention.

In this role, you will contribute to building effective training solutions that support business performance and employee development.
