What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree of Business Administration, Agriculture Engineering, Food Science or any relevant discipline., 1 to 3 years of experience in Training delivery in Learning & Development function., Good Command of English Language, Flexibility to move between company different agriculture sector sites (Baharia Oasis & Minia), High eagerness to learn.
Nice to Have
Certification of ToT (Train of Trainers) is a plus., Previous experience in FMCGs, agriculture or manufacturing sector is a plus.
What You'll Do.
Identify and assess training needs across all farm functions
Conduct assessments and gather data to define skill gaps
Design structured training programs (technical & soft skills)
Develop training materials and learning content tailored to agricultural roles
Deliver training sessions to employees across different levels
Facilitate both classroom and on-site (field) training
Monitor training effectiveness using KPIs
Prepare and present training reports and insights
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to training activities
Coordinate logistics for training sessions across different sites
