In this role, you’ll design and lead innovative learning initiatives that align with our strategic ambitions, equipping colleagues with the skills and mindsets needed for the future of banking ## **YOUR CHALLENGE** * Lead, coordinate, and program-manage bank-wide learning and development initiatives on a global scale. * Act as a key sparring partner for senior business leaders on L&D-related topics across multiple non-client-facing functions, guiding needs analysis, design, planning, and delivery of tailored development solutions; aligned with strategic priorities and targeted business outcomes. Leverage existing internal and external resources * Be the key contact person for your programmes or initiatives (target group and all involved stakeholders). Closely collaborate with internal subject matter experts in the design and delivery of any training activities. * Manage external training providers (selection, contracting, quality management, budgeting) * Actively engage in other learning & development initiatives within the team and the whole Julius Baer Academy to foster life-long learning of employees and competitive advantage of the Bank ## **YOUR PROFILE** * University degree or an equivalent qualification in Pedagogy/Teaching/Psychology, ideally complemented by additional studies or certifications in business administration, banking, human resources, pedagogy, psychology, or adult learning. * Minimum of 5-7 years working experience in a corporate learning & development environment * Deep understanding and experienc
