Must Have
6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, University degree in a related field, Certified Business Coach or Mediator, Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful learning programs, Comfortable working independently, Stakeholder management skills, Work with leaders at different levels, Data-driven, Fluent in English and German (C1+), Comfortable in a fully remote setup, Build community and engagement in a distributed team, Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations, Prioritize when everything feels urgent, Expertise in IFRS, Apply complex financial reporting standards

Learning & Development Partner Company Orcrist is building a next generation data intelligence platform using cutting-edge technologies. We provide solutions to empower our clients to take decisive actions in complex environments, supporting competitiveness, safety, and resilience. Our Mission is to develop intelligence fusion capabilities to connect any amount of data and sources. Role As a Learning & Development Partner, you will be the go-to person for everything related to learning, growth, and capability building across the company. You will work closely with leadership and teams to understand what skills and knowledge people need to do their best work, and then design and deliver programs that actually make a difference. This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a fast-growing, fully remote tech startup. What you'll do Design, build, and run learning programs that support employee development across all levels, from onboarding to leadership development. Conduct regular learning needs assessments by partnering with team leads to identify skill gaps and development priorities. Develop and maintain a scalable learning infrastructure, including a learning management system (LMS) and a structured onboarding curriculum. Create engaging training content in a variety of formats, including e-learning modules, workshops, toolkits, and self-directed resources. Support our feedback cycles by designing supporting materials, training the team on communication and manager enablement content. Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of learning initiatives, using data to continuously improve programs. About You You have 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally in a fast-paced, scaling environment such as a tech startup or scale-up. You have a university degree in a related field, such as organizational psychology. You are a certified Business Coach or Mediator.
