Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training provided. May be involved in plan and design of existing course enhancements. Must be knowledgeable of manufacturing concepts, practices, procedures and IPC standards. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.** · Deliver classroom training. · Learn at least 10 core programs by observation & OJT, in order to become subject matter expert. · Effectively use adult learning principles to maximize effectiveness of training. · Instruct classes on both first and second shifts. · Schedule activities, classes, or events. · Relate course material to actual on the job tasks and ensure development of these competencies. · Achieve overall high satisfaction ratings (9.0/10.0 standard). · Relate course material to actual on the job tasks and ensure development of these competencies. · Continue to develop and demonstrate effective instructor competencies. · Follow all ISO and department procedures.
