What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, Approx. 10-15 years of relevant working experience in designing and implementing learning & development solutions, or related HR topics, Program & project management skills, Growth mind-set, Strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical skills, Interpersonal/stakeholder management skills, Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, Change skills, Communication skills, presentation skills, Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Master's degree, preferably within the financial industry and/or consultancy

The HR department is led by the CHRO, who is member of the Robeco Executive Committee and consists of 4 teams: 1) HR Business partners, 2) Reward, 3) HR Service & Delivery and 4) Leadership, Talent & Learning (LTL) The LTL teams consists of a Talent & Development manager and a Learning & Development Manager (vacancy). You will report into the Head of LTL. **Position & Requirements** As a Learning & Development Manager at Robeco, you will play a key role in shaping the organization's future by strategically aligning Learning & development solutions with our business goals to create impact. This multifaceted position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills to accelerate the development of all our employees and leaders, ensuring that Robeco remains at the forefront of the financial industry.
