About The Role The Learning & Development Coordinator plays a pivotal role in designing and delivering effective, engaging, and scalable learning programs across the Lendi Group. Reporting to the Learning & Capability Delivery Team Lead, this position supports capability uplift across our operations, customer, product, and distribution teams. With a strong focus on innovation and user experience, you'll ensure that every program reflects our values, aligns with business objectives, and meets compliance requirements. * Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, partnering closely with Learning & Capability, Operations, and other teams to deliver effective learning solutions. * Design, develop, and facilitate engaging learning programs across virtual and face-to-face envi
