Must Have
4+ years relevant work experience in Learning & Development, HR, consultancy, talent development or a comparable field, HBO/WO work and thinking level, Experience coordinating and improving learning and development programs, Ability to easily switch between different stakeholders within the organization, Pragmatic approach combined with a strong drive for continuous improvement, Ability to maintain an overview and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously, Good command of Dutch and English, A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and reference check are part of the application process

Affinity with IT, SaaS, or consultancy environments
What You'll Do.
Further expanding and structuring Learning & Development within Keylane in an international context
Identifying and analyzing development needs within the organization and translating them into appropriate solutions
and further developing learning programs focused on technical
and consultancy skills within an IT environment
Analyzing participation
and learning effectiveness to continuously improve programs
Aligning with internal stakeholders
and external suppliers on learning activities
and monitoring training and Academy programs
Managing and optimizing the Learning Management System (LMS) and associated processes
Organizing and facilitating Academy events
and initiatives that contribute to a strong learning culture within Keylane
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Close collaboration with two senior colleagues within the Keylane Academy; Daily interaction with colleagues and managers throughout the organization; Building a strong and future-oriented learning environment in an international and dynamic context; Active participation in thinking about new ideas and implementing them; Aligning with internal stakeholders, trainers, and external suppliers on learning activities

Het team kenmerkt zich door veel eigenaarschap, ruimte voor initiatief en een sterke focus op samenwerking. Je krijgt de kans om actief mee te denken over nieuwe ideeën en deze ook daadwerkelijk in de praktijk te brengen. ### **Key about your role** Als Learning & Development Business Partner houd je je bezig met: * Het verder uitbouwen en structureren van Learning & Development binnen Keylane in een internationale omgeving; * Het signaleren en analyseren van ontwikkelbehoeften binnen de organisatie en deze vertalen naar passende leerinitiatieven; * Het coördineren, optimaliseren en doorontwikkelen van leerprogramma’s gericht op technische, professionele en consultancyvaardigheden binnen een IT-omgeving; * Het analyseren van deelname, feedback en leereffectiviteit om programma’s continu te verbeteren; * Het afstemmen met interne stakeholders, trainers en externe leveranciers over leeractiviteiten en ontwikkelinitiatieven; * Het plannen, organiseren en monitoren van trainingen en Academy-programm
