Job Description: **Learning & Development Partner** **London (Hybrid – High Street Kensington base with travel across London sites)** **Full time 37.5 hours per week** **Fixed Term 12 months** **Salary from: £41,700 (DOE)** **Advert closes Friday 5th June 2026** **We make health happen** At Bupa, we’re passionate about helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives. This is a newly created role where you’ll play a key part in shaping a consistent, high-quality learning experience while driving colleague engagement and supporting our ambition to deliver a world-class patient and employee experience. **How you’ll help us make health happen** You’ll take a hands-on role in supporting the delivery of impactful learning, working closely with teams across multiple sites. Your responsibilities will include: * Championing a consistent learning experience across multiple sites * Facilitating engaging learning workshops that enhance behavioural skill, personal development and leadership capability * Supporting the delivery of a world-class culture and engagement programme * Delivering and continuously improving our corporate induction programme * Leading and supporting internal events and engagement initiatives * Partnering with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver tailored learning solutions * Supporting learning content development, including blended and digital learning (e.g. PowerPoint, Articulate 365) * Promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth * Supporting compliance with mandatory and regulatory learning requirements within a healthcare environment **Key skills/Qualifications needed for this role:** You’ll be an engaging and adaptable L&D professional, confident working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
