Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Education, CHRP certification, Occupational Health & Safety certification, Training of Trainers (TOT) qualification, Instructional Design or Learning & Development certifications, Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, Data analysis, reporting and problem-solving ability, Learning & Development program management, training facilitation and coordination, Innovation and continuous improvement mindset, Ability to manage multiple strategic priorities in L&D initiatives, performance Management and operational HR support, Technology-driven and process improvement orientation

Nice to Have

Experience using LMS, HRIS, or digital learning platforms, Exposure to HSE compliance, coordination and audit support functions

What You'll Do.

Lead employee learning and capability development agenda

Drive performance management processes

Conduct Training Needs Analysis

Develop learning and development plans

Design competency development frameworks

Formulate learning interventions

Facilitate employee onboarding

Organize training programs

Ensure training requirements execution

Develop training calendars

Coordinate training programs

Manage learning systems

Automate training tracking

Promote e-learning solutions

Maintain training databases

Generate training analytics

Monitor training effectiveness

Track training attendance

Conduct post-training evaluations

Recommend improvement initiatives

Improve learning participation

Coordinate performance appraisal process

Develop performance management frameworks

Monitor performance review completion

Guide managers in setting KPIs

Track performance improvement plans

Generate performance reports

Support recognition initiatives

Support HR administration

Ensure HR policy compliance

Coordinate HR communication

Coordinate HSE training

Support HSE policy implementation

Conduct safety inductions

Coordinate permit acquisition

Monitor audit findings closure
