What You'll Do.
Support collation of training plans across the Group
sourcing of Vendors and implementation of training plans
Design and deploy learning internally to address identified skills gap
Manage the Performance Management Process by ensuring the objectives and appraisals are completed on the system in alignment with global timelines
Support the recruitment and management of training vendors
review training contents
and ensure training logistics are made available as required
Liaises with ITF in the registration of trainings
and application for reimbursements
Post-training evaluation
preparation of training reports and submission to relevant stakeholders
placement and engagement of interns
Assess their development and evaluate their progress with supervisors
Collation & maintenance of training data/history
Training facility management including sourcing
and other related administrative responsibilities

Across our core categories of Hygiene, Baby and Beauty, our trusted and well-loved brands include Carex, Cussons Baby, Sanctuary Spa and St. Tropez. **_Role Profile_** **Job Title: Learning & Development Analyst** **Department: Human Resources** **Site Location: Lagos** **Key Responsibilities:** * Support collation of training plans across the Group, sourcing of Vendors and implementation of training plans. * Design and deploy learning internally to address identified skills gap * Manage the Performance Management Process by ensuring the objectives and appraisals are completed on the system in alignment with global timelines. * Support the recruitment and management of training vendors, review training contents, and ensure training logistics are made available as required. * Liaises with ITF in the registration of trainings, documentation, and application for reimbursements. Minimum reimbursement of 70% training contribution yearly * Post-training evaluation, preparation of training reports and submission to relevant stakeholders. * Manage the selection, placement and engagement of interns. Assess their development and evaluate their progress with supervisors. * Collation & maintenance of training data/history * Training facility management including sourcing, maintenance, and other related administrative responsibilities. **_Qualifications:_** * First degree in Social Sciences or Economics would be preferred * Professional HR Membership ** _Experience_** * Minimum 2 – 4 years’ work experience in a similar role with a large organization. * Excellent and demonstrable negotiation, organization skills and strong abilities to manage tasks. * Excellent Microsoft Suite Skills – M
