Must Have
5+ years experience in online or blended learning design, Consultancy and communication skills, Proficiency in designing and developing courses for multiple LMSs, Ability to self-motivate and work autonomously, Demonstrate leadership within a multidisciplinary team, Deep knowledge of best practices for online and blended learning design, Ability to coach peers and external stakeholders, Demonstrable interest in agile learning and development design, Demonstrable interest in technology-enhanced learning, Excellent attention to detail, Solutions-oriented approach to learning design challenges

In this role, you’ll drive creative and forward-thinking solutions while ensuring that all learning materials align with best practices and OES’s quality framework. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, proactively leveraging GenAI technologies to enhance your workflow and deliver top-tier digital products.
