Must Have
3-5 years of hands-on experience in a Learning Designer, E-learning Developer, or Instructional Design role, E-learning development portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating high-quality, interactive modules, Proficiency in at least one rapid e-learning authoring tool (Articulate Rise 360 preferred), visual design skills with proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, or similar graphic design tools, Solid understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
Nice to Have
Experience or interest in using AI-powered tools (e.g., Synthesia, Jasper AI, HeyGen) for content creation, Experience with Articulate Storyline 360 or similar advanced authoring tools, Experience using the Evolve authoring tool, Background in digital, technology, or professional services industries
What You'll Do.

Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with regional People Development colleagues to support the localization and deployment of e-learning content via the Learning Management System (LMS); Partner with SMEs and internal stakeholders to gather content and ensure technical and functional accuracy; Partner with the People Development Partner team to develop content for emerging capability training; Collaborate effectively with team members and SMEs
