Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related technical domain, 3–5 years of combined experience in technical domains and/or designing, teaching, developing, or supporting technical learning experiences, curricula, or educational products, Experience as a technical instructor, curriculum developer, subject matter expert, bootcamp educator, learning designer, or similar role supporting adult learners in higher education, professional education, or workforce development, Demonstrated hands-on technical proficiency, including building, prototyping, or implementing software applications, AI solutions, agentic workflows, or other technology-enabled products, Demonstrated experience leveraging GenAI technologies to solve real-world problems, improve workflows, develop educational experiences, or build AI-assisted tools and solutions
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, Demonstrated experience with modular, skill-aligned course design and assessment design, Experience working with SMEs and external production vendors to translate designs into production deliverables, Familiarity with authoring and design tools such as Figma, Articulate Storyline, or similar, Familiarity with learning analytics, data-driven optimization practices, and analytics tools, Comfort with experimental design, SQL, and the Coursera platform, Experience communicating with external partners to gather requirements, set expectations, and influence design decisions
