Experience in warehouse operations, Demonstrated experience in planning, Demonstrated experience in performance metrics, Demonstrated experience in process improvement, Proficiency in learning management systems, Proficiency in maintaining training documentation, Proficiency in compliance records, Ability to travel between Delivery Services sites as required, Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, Work weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Nice to Have
Experience in operational training within logistics, Experience in operational training within service industries, Demonstrated experience developing training programs, Demonstrated experience facilitating training programs, Experience in data analysis

Develop training related programs
Assess training related programs
Track training related programs
Facilitate training related programs
Coordinate training events
Build trust with peer(s)
Collaborate on regional learning projects
Serve as Subject Matter Expert
Coordinate all training needs
Facilitate certified job training
Facilitate compliance training
Perform ongoing audits
Travel between local Delivery Services sites
Maintain data on key metrics
Prepare data on key metrics
Distribute data on key metrics
Monitor adherence to standard work
Monitor adherence to quality
Ensure area readiness
Ensure area organisation
Escalate barriers to Learning Manager
Escalate barriers to appropriate escalation point
