Five or more years of experience delivering training and learning solutions for intermediate and advanced audiences, Experience training key human development skills like communication, teamwork, emotional intelligence, empathy, conflict resolution and adaptability, Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders on complex initiatives, Experience leading projects that drive department and/or enterprise initiatives
Nice to Have
Master's degree in I/O psychology, human resources or a related field, Five or more years of experience in the insurance industry, Proficient knowledge in a specific insurance department’s operation, Direct experience with agents and/or policyholders
