About the Role We are hiring full-time Center Managers to lead and grow our flagship learning centers in the Bay Area. As the Center Manager, you’ll operate your center like a business owner—with full support from headquarters—and play a critical role in shaping students’ learning experiences, earning families’ trust, and building the future of the Think Zone brand. What You’ll Do Center Ownership & Operations Lead day-to-day operations and ensure smooth classroom execution and scheduling Build strong, trusted relationships with families and maintain high customer satisfaction Monitor student learning progress and track parent/student feedback Growth & Marketing Promote your center through school outreach, events, and local partnerships Convert trial students into long-term enrollments Partner with our Growth Team to achieve center targets Team Leadership Recruit and train tutors with HQ support Create a fun, professional, and reliable team culture Main
