Facilitation skills across face-to-face and virtual learning environments, Ability to assess learning needs and translate into practical, engaging learning solutions, Experience designing, creating, and delivering learning content, Ability to use data, feedback, and learning insights to improve training effectiveness, Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, Tech-savvy and comfortable using learning design tools, digital content platforms, and evolving systems, Adaptable, organised, and confident working in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience in financial services, lending, or similarly regulated / fast-paced environments, Exposure to change management principles, agile practices, or continuous improvement ways of working
