Must Have
facilitation skills across both face-to-face and virtual learning environments, Proven ability to assess learning needs and translate them into practical, engaging learning solutions, Experience designing, creating, and delivering a range of learning content, including digital and facilitated formats, Ability to use data, feedback, and learning insights to improve training effectiveness and learner outcomes, Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build working relationships across teams, Tech-savvy and comfortable using learning design tools, digital content platforms, and evolving systems, Adaptable, organised, and confident working in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience in financial services, lending, or similarly regulated / fast-paced environments, Exposure to change management principles, agile practices, or continuous improvement ways of working
