Full Job Description
**Key Accountabilities:** * Engage and collaborate with the different functions to discuss training initiatives to align objectives, address needs, and ensure effective program outcomes * Perform the full business partnering and consultation cycle - needs assessment, analysis, provide learning solutions, monitor and evaluate results and impact * Provide high-quality, comprehensive and professional L&D advice, support service to assist in developing workforce capability * Handle small-scale projects and programs and function-wide initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives * Support organization-wide scale programs in the organization * Perform vendor management for courses necessary in the development of the program and be creative to maximize the use of the L&D budget * Utilize L&D best practice to find ways to improve our L&D approaches and to keep up to date with emerging L&D trends * Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually **Minimum Skills Requirement to Hire:** * University graduate of any business-related course * Must have at least 3-4 years’ experience in Learning and Development/OD/Talent and or related fields combined * 1-2 years relevant work experience in managing and executing programs * Experience in using Learning Management System and Learning Experience Platforms * Experience in process improvement and project management * Experience in eLearning instructional design is a plus **Capabilities Required** * Strong Program Design, Delivery and Evaluation * Excellent presentation and facilitation skills * Project Management skills * Ability to proactively respond to situations * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e. mastery of excel formulas and pivot tables is a must). * Proficient in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Project. * Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and adapt to change while managin
