Full Job Description
The Learning and Development Specialist, based within the Skechers Learning and Development team, plays a key role in strengthening a culture of continuous learning across the organization. The position supports employees across retail, corporate, and distribution center environments, enabling capability building that drives both individual development and overall business performance. Working closely with key stakeholders in a matrixed, multinational setting, the role contributes to the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of impactful learning initiatives aligned with strategic priorities. **WHAT YOU’LL DO:** • Design and develop engaging learning experiences for both people managers and individual contributors, applying industry best practices in learning and instructional design. • Support the end-to-end delivery of learning programs across retail, corporate, and distribution center populations, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality execution. • Administer and leverage learning technologies and tools, including Workday LMS, Articulate, Canva, and SOLE intranet survey platforms, to deliver scalable and effective learning solutions. • Source, adapt, and curate third-party learning content for both instructor-led training and eLearning programs aligned with strategic business priorities. • Partner with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies to understand capability needs and ensure learning solutions are aligned with business objectives. • Track, analyze, and report learning metrics, including engagement, completion, and ROI indicators, to evaluate program effectiveness and business impact. • Continuously evaluate learning programs using feedback and data insights, making recommendations and improvements to increase relevance and effectiveness. • Support broader learning, organizational development, and transformation initiatives as required, contributing to enterprise-wide capability building. **WHAT YOU’LL BRING:** • Strong experie
