What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development or related field, 3-5 years of experience in instructional design in a business setting, Minimum 1-year of experience with direct responsibility for LMS administration, Intermediate skills with Articulate 360, specifically Storyline and Rise, Intermediate skills with Snagit and Camtasia Studio, visual design skills, written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, Ability to create job-realistic learning scenarios, Ability to identify and solve technical problems related to content, user access, or system errors, Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects, Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite of products including Outlook and Teams, A portfolio of work demonstrating your instructional design and visual design skills, Able to work effectively in a primarily remote environment: Home internet must support a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps. Cable, Fiber, or DSL connections hardwired to the internet device are recommended
Nice to Have
Experience implementing Human Performance Improvement models, Experience designing microlearning in 7taps, Experience designing job aids, guides, etc. using Canva, Experience with Articulate Reach Pro, Experience with WorkRamp LMS, Experience managing a LinkedIn Learning enterprise account, Experience utilizing AI-enabled assistants and tools in your workflow, Experience working in a healthcare setting

Designing learning experiences for leadership development
new team member onboarding
and other programs/initiatives
Designing and developing elearning courses
Designing and developing performance support materials
Leveraging LinkedIn Learning to support ongoing education and training initiatives
Measuring training effectiveness
Ensuring learning content meets organizational
and accreditation standards
Reviewing and refreshing content
Supporting continuous improvement of all learning and development programs and initiatives
Managing LMS end-to-end
and managing the lifecycle of training content
Serving as the primary escalation point for LMS-related issues
Ensuring completion records are accurate
and interpreting learning system data into dashboards and reports
Managing LinkedIn Learning administration
Documenting LMS processes
Monitoring trends in participation
and learner engagement
Managing LMS vendor relationship
