What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Learning & Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, 3–7 years of experience in Learning & Development or corporate training, program coordination and learning operations capabilities, Ability to develop and customize learning content, High attention to detail and organizational skills, Demonstrated cross-cultural awareness and ability to work in global environments
Nice to Have
Experience supporting global teams preferred, Experience with LMS platforms and virtual learning tools
What You'll Do.
Support the implementation of enterprise learning and development initiatives across regions
Coordinate end to end training activities including nominations
Assist in building structured learning journeys for employees and managers
Deliver training programs on behavioral skills
workplace effectiveness
and professional development topics
Support content creation and customization based on business needs
Partner with SMEs and external vendors for learning delivery where required
Support onboarding and employee learning experience initiatives
Drive learning campaigns and engagement activities to promote continuous learning
Facilitate programs focused on cross cultural collaboration and communication effectiveness
Work closely with business leaders
and managers across India
Gather feedback and identify capability development opportunities
Ensure alignment of learning initiatives with business priorities
Maintain learning records
and participation reports
Track program effectiveness
and completion metrics
Support LMS administration and virtual learning logistics
