Must Have
Minimum of 3 years experience working in a managerial capacity, Experience in hotel operations, Experience in adult education or a similar experience, Must hold the legal right to work in Thailand, Effective Communication skills in both speaking and writing English and Thai
Nice to Have
Experience preferably Four Seasons or other luxury environment
What You'll Do.
Co-ordinates and organizes a range of development activities
Systematically analyses the Hotels training needs
Delivers relevant learning
Plans and co-ordinates the production of Departmental Training Plans
Acts as an internal consultant to Heads of Departments on department related training issues
Sources and recommends appropriate external training organizations or resources
Maintains a current knowledge of statutory requirements
Develops creative and innovative training programs
Delivers workplace learning
Delivers performance improvement programs and initiatives
Identifies and implements learning and performance improvement strategies
Promotes a continuous learning environment
Partners with stakeholders to ensure managers’ leadership skills are developed
Ensures employees are trained on the needed skills to successfully perform their jobs
Provides leadership and management for the Hotel as it pertains to Learning and Development
Coordinates the selection
and evaluation of employees and managers in the Learning Department
Long-range strategic planning for Hotel’s Learning Activities
Communicates with employees and managers to ensure Learning/Training needs are met
Attends regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments
Plans and develops Training/Learning Plans for the hotel
Controls Learning and Development expenses through effective planning
executing the planned activities
