Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or Business, 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Demonstrated expertise in facilitation, Demonstrated expertise in internal L&D consulting and partnership, Proven experience designing cohort-based learning programs, Proven experience delivering cohort-based learning programs, Proven experience designing leadership development programs, Proven experience delivering leadership development programs, Consulting skills to diagnose learning needs, Consulting skills to recommend effective solutions, Experience managing vendor relationships, Experience coordinating multi-faceted learning initiatives, Excellent communication skills, Excellent presentation skills, Excellent interpersonal skills, Ability to analyze learning data, Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations

Nice to Have

Masters in related field, Industry experience in Media and Entertainment, Industry experience in Brand Marketing/Consulting

What You'll Do.

Facilitate Agent Trainee cohort experience

Broaden program reach into business areas

Adapt content and approach to scale

Design cohort-based learning experiences

Pilot cohort-based learning experiences

Design other development initiatives

Pilot other development initiatives

Serve as L&D partner for business divisions

Assess learning needs

Assess team effectiveness challenges

Develop customized learning interventions

Implement customized learning interventions

Manage relationships with external vendors

Facilitate internal content delivery

Evaluate program effectiveness

Provide updates to division leadership

Provide recommendations to division leadership

Curate learning offerings
