What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Communications, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent years’ experience, Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or Instructional Design, Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, Proven track record of applying instructional design models to real-world business problems, Experience designing high-end presentations in a professional environment, Experience with video editing software and professional storyboarding for digital learning, Demonstrated ability to lead, command, and inspire an audience (virtual or in-person), Experience working with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office environments, Based in Barcelona, Spain (or willing to relocate) to support our local and global teams
Nice to Have
Experience in the travel or fintech domain, Instructional Design or Adult Learning Certificate

Skilled at translating concepts into clean, organized digital content.Instructional Design: Ability to read and understand complex business processes and offer recommendations for pedagogical improvement. Process Strategic Alignment: Understands the organizational roadmap and how L&D initiatives contribute to overall business objectives.
