The incumbent will assist in delivering a successful Learning function and team for GSS that will ensure that GSS employees are adequately skilled to deliver exceptional employee services to Anglo American BU’s and Functions. The Learning Administrator position is responsible for administering activities that support and enable the effective delivery of the Learning service line in line with the agreed Service Level Agreement.
