Must Have
Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field, Fluency in Turkish (required), working knowledge of English (required, as it is our business language for reporting and cross-functional communication)
Nice to Have
Any academic project work, coursework, or extracurricular involvement related to supply chain, logistics, or operations is a plus, Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools is an advantage, Exposure to ERP systems (such as SAP) is a plus but not required

LEAP Intern – Supply Chain (11 months) **Location:** Luleburgaz, Turkey **Job Type:** Long-term Internship \--- About the Job Our Team Our Supply Chain team in Luleburgaz is at the heart of making sure the right products reach the right people at the right time. We manage the end-to-end flow of materials and finished goods — from planning and procurement through to production support and distribution — all in service of patients who depend on our medicines every day. As part of the LEAP (Learn, Explore, Apply, Progress) Internship Program, you will join a collaborative and fast-paced environment where your contributions matter from day one. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real experience in supply chain operations within one of the world's leading healthcare companies, supported by a team that is committed to your growth and development. Main Responsibilities • **Support demand and supply planning activities** by helping to collect, organize, and analyze data that informs production and inventory decisions • **Assist with inventory management** by monitoring stock levels, identifying potential gaps or surpluses, and contributing to reporting that keeps operations running smoothly • **Contribute to logistics coordination** by supporting the tracking of inbound and outbound shipments and helping to resolve day-to-day operational queries • **Analyze supply chain data** using relevant tools and systems to identify trends, flag anomalies, and prepare clear summaries for the team • **Participate in process improvement initiatives** by observing current workflows, documenting findings, and sharing ideas that could enhance efficiency or reduce waste • **Collaborate across functions** — including production, quality, procurement, and finance — to support integrated planning and ensure alignment on shared goals \--- About You • **Experience:** No prior professional experience required — this role is designed for candidates who are eager to learn.
