Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, Minimum of 5 years of experience leading process improvement or operational excellence initiatives in complex organizations, Demonstrated success delivering measurable improvements across multiple functions (e. g. , operations, quality, supply chain, finance, customer experience), analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, Proven ability to operate effectively in a remote, matrixed environment
Nice to Have
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, Experience designing or implementing automated, digitally enabled, or AI‑supported processes as part of continuous improvement or transformation initiatives, Experience working in large, multi‑site or regional organizations, Familiarity with change management principles and senior‑level stakeholder engagement, financial acumen, including benefit validation and ROI tracking, Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e. g. , Power BI or similar platforms)
