Must Have
5+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment, 5+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace, 5+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams, 5+ years of experience in a role which required interpersonal and communication skills, 5+ years of experience using analytical and problem-solving skills, at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course 'Exploring Leadership'
Nice to Have
Bachelor degree in engineering discipline, 5+ years in related work experience, Experience driving business transformation and/or lean adoption in a manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma Certification, 5+ years of experience implementing lean principles, 5+ years of experience teaching Lean+ tools and concepts, 5+ years of experience working with the Boeing Problem Solving Model
