Lean Practitioner Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Commercial Airplanes** **(BCA)** is seeking a **Lean Practitioner Manager (Level K)** to join our **Lean Team** in **Auburn, Washington** on **1st Shift**. You will be responsible for leading a team of Lean Practitioners supporting BCA’s Fabrication division, integrating functional objectives and plans with internal customer priorities to implement Lean across the production system. We are looking for a people-centric, inspiring leader with an affinity for engaging and influencing others in continuous improvement to mature Lean implementation, performing the following responsibilities. **Position Responsibilities:** * Leads employees performing Lean improvement strategies for the production system * Develops and implements project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Prepares and review progress reports as required * Ensures projects are completed per plan; determines and implements mitigation as needed * Acquires resources for projects and processes and leads process improvements * Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, peers, partners and direct reports * Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes * Leads, develops, coaches and inspires employees to exceed organizational and customer objectives * Leads the team through its Lean transformation and applies supporting daily management and continuous improvement practices * Requires travel to Everett location a minimum of once a week **Basic First-Line Leader Assessment:** To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process.
