In this role, you will drive operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across our organization. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in Lean methodologies with strong project management skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels to achieve sustainable results. * Analyze current processes and workflows to identify waste, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement using data-driven methodologies * Develop and execute Lean implementation projects, including process mapping, value stream analysis, and root cause analysis * Facilitate Kaizen events, 5S initiatives, and other continuous improvement activities with cross-functional teams * Mentor and coach employees on Lean principles, tools, and best practices to build organizational capability * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements * Prepare detailed reports and presentations documenting findings, recommendations, and results for leadership review * Collaborate with departme
