Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions. **WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION::** * Lead and manage Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects focused on cost reduction, waste elimination, and productivity improvement. * Identify improvement opportunities through process analysis, Value Stream Mapping, and performance metrics. * Drive the achievement of savings targets by delivering measurable financial results from Lean initiatives. * Establish, implement, and standardize Lean methodologies and tools across manufacturing and corporate areas. * Ensure proper follow-up, tracking, and sustainability of implemented improvements. * Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Lean projects, savings, and operational efficiency. * Support cross-functional teams in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities. * Promote a culture of Lean thinking and continuous improvement throughout the organization. * Provide training and coaching on Lean principles and tools to employees at different organizational levels. **YOU HAVE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. * Bilingual, strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish is required. * 4+ experience in Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement within manufacturing or corporate environments. * Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, 5S, Waste Reduction). * Black Belt certification desirable to have. * Proven track record to deliver measurable cost savings and productivity improvements. * Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. **WE HAVE:** * A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities
