Our mission is to make every league night the best night of the week for our athletes. ROLE OVERVIEW The League Manager is the operational core of the Brodie League. You’re the person captains rely on, the reason game nights run seamlessly, and the standard every league night is held to. You anticipate problems before they surface, hold every game night to a premium standard, and treat every gym like it reflects the Brodie brand. This role combines league operations, coaching, youth programming, and community engagement. In addition to overseeing game-day operations, you'll play a key role in supporting and growing our youth basketball programming, creating positive experiences for young athletes and their families. We're specifically looking for candidates with direct basketball experience, coaching experience, and a passion for working with youth. Whether you've coached teams, led basketball camps, managed youth programs, or played an active role in your local basketball community, you'll bring the credibility, leadership, and enthusiasm needed to help grow the game and represent the Brodie brand in Oakville.
