What You'll Do.
Deliver daily operational tasks
Coordinate labour resources
Ensure work completed efficiently
Maintain common areas
Support utilities infrastructure maintenance
Assist with rubbish operations
Assist with recycling operations
Monitor facilities condition
Identify maintenance requirements
Plan project priorities
Liaise with contractors
Ensure contractor works completed safely
Ensure contractor works completed efficiently
Ensure contractor works within timeframes
Collaborate with Financial Administrator
Provide project progress updates
Provide equipment requirements updates
Provide material needs updates
Act as Facilities Manager delegate
Promote safety culture
Ensure WHS compliance
