What You'll Do.
Lead maintenance team
Support maintenance team
Coordinate labour resources
Maintain common areas
Support utilities infrastructure maintenance
Assist with rubbish operations
Assist with recycling operations
Monitor facility condition
Identify maintenance requirements
Plan project priorities
Liaise with contractors
Collaborate with Financial Administrator
Provide project progress updates
Provide equipment requirement updates
Provide material needs updates
Act as Facilities Manager delegate
Promote safety culture
Ensure WH&S compliance
