Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort is seeking a hands-on and motivated Leading Hand to join our Facilities team. Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, this role is ideal for an experienced maintenance or grounds professional looking to take the next step into a leadership position. As Leading Hand, you will play a key role in supporting the Facilities Manager by coordinating daily operations, supervising the grounds team, and ensuring maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities * Lead and support the grounds and maintenance team in the delivery of daily operational tasks * Coordinate labour resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and in line with operational priorities * Assist in maintaining landscaping, gardens, roads, pathways, and common areas across the resort * Support the maintenance of utilities infrastructure, including water, gas, electricity, and digital services * Assist with rubbish and recycling operations across the property * Monitor the condition of facilities and proactively identify maintenance requirements * Work closely with the Facilities Manager to plan workload
