Together, we make Every Moment Matter. We’re looking for an intern in Leadership Development, Careers and DEI – to help us shape the future of how we grow, lead and belong. You’ll join our People & Culture team to support projects that strengthen our leadership pipeline, empower career growth, and advance diversity, equity and inclusion across the organisation. Join us at Radisson’s corporate support office for this exiting opportunity! THE JOB: You will be part of a fun team, with colleagues based both in Brussels and Madrid. As a team, we take care of the people side of the business, working closely with the business on initiatives going from talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, talent engagement and retention to internal communication and employer branding. DURATION: 6 months. START DATE: July 2026 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: We want your internship in our department to be as excited as you want it to be, so let’s discover together in the first weeks what you would like to achieve in your internship. Some ideas we already have in mind on what you can support us: * Support the design and delivery of various leadership and career-development initiatives (training, mentoring, talent programs). * Help coordinate global DEI events (such as Diversity Week), campaigns and communications that bring our cultural beliefs to life. * Collect and analyze people data to identify insights and improvement opportunities. * Assist with project manage
