What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree Required, 2+ years classroom teaching experience, 2+ years coaching adult learners, 2+ years leading adult learners, Quantifiable success as teacher, Valid driver's license
Nice to Have
Master's degree preferred, Previous Pre-Service experience, Previous VSTT experience, Previous Institute experience

Facilitate learning experiences
Support Corps Members
Internalize Pre-Service structures
Internalize coach-led sessions
Build community with coaches
Support engagement with systems
Complete asynchronous learning
Attend in-person training
Build asset-based relationships
Facilitate coach-led spaces
Conduct classroom observations
Determine responsive development
Build community amongst cohort
Make data-informed decisions
Collaborate with coaches
Support Corps Members' growth
Manage day-to-day risk
Provide direct feedback
Implement improvement plans
Submit evidence of CM progress
