The Leader, Solution Development – Business Solutions (Americas) is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing Dematic’s end-to-end solution strategy across North America. This role drives the development of innovative, scalable, and commercially compelling solutions that enable profitable growth, improved win rates, and strong customer outcomes. As a key enterprise leader, this role partners closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to balance innovation, commercial viability, and execution readiness.
