What You'll Achieve.
Motivate team members to consistently deliver memorable, positive in-store customer experiences and achieve Loyalty goals. Ensure adequate sales floor coverage and zoning during shifts. Build and retain a high-performing team.
Industry & Context.

Must be able to perform tasks for prolonged periods, including moving about the dispensary, remaining stationary, conversing with individuals, operating equipment, preparing orders, inspecting details, and moving inventory up to 30 pounds. Must be able to work in a patient/customer-facing environment, outdoors in varying weather, and be exposed to cannabis and potential allergens.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Requires at least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role. Must meet scheduling and availability requirements, have reliable attendance, be 21 years or older, pass background checks, and possess a valid driver's license or state ID. Must understand and comply with Green Thumb's policies and procedures.
Nice to Have
Cannabis experience and inventory control experience are preferred.

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partners with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager to build and retain a high-performing team, including selecting talent, onboarding, and training new members. Provides coaching and feedback to team members and partners with management on accountability. Facilitates team member badging and coordinates scheduling.
