What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven leadership experience managing aftermarket or service field service experience, Experience managing teams and business operations in India, Commercial acumen with P&L responsibility, Excellent interpersonal and communication ability to influence across cultures and organizational levels, Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style, Ability and willingness to travel frequently within India
Nice to Have
Previous experience working in multinational, matrixed organizations, Japanese language skills
