Full Job Description
LEAD WRITER THE ROLE We are hiring a Lead Writer to set the standard for our short-form first-person storytelling and to train our writers to write at that standard. This is a senior, leadership-level role weighted as much toward training as toward the page. Our scripts run 300 to 600 words, narrated at 60 to 180 seconds, written for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. You will write at the top of our quality bar, design and maintain the systems that keep our voice consistent across writers, and bring junior and mid-level writers up the curve fast. The training piece carries more weight than the writing piece. We hire individual contributors separately.
